I provide research and a personalised itinerary. I do not act as a travel agent, make bookings, hold travel inventory or receive commission from recommendations.
Your bookings
You are responsible for checking and booking transport, accommodation, restaurants, activities, entry requirements, insurance and accessibility. Prices, opening hours and availability can change.
Delivery and changes
The delivery estimate begins when I have a complete brief and confirmed payment. One focused refinement is included. Additional changes may carry the fee shown on the pricing page.
Cancellations
If you cancel before research begins, contact me promptly. Once personalised research has started, the service cannot normally be resold and a full refund may not be available.
Use
Your itinerary is for personal use by the travelling group. It should not be resold or published as your own work.
